How do I start practicing?
Starting your practice is easy peasy!
After creating an account, we recommend you head over to your Practice section and choose your first program. Our programs are like your personal coach, telling you exactly which session to do next based on your specific needs and goals.
If you're more adventurous, you can also browse our huge library of yoga, fitness, and meditation sessions. Just head over to the Sessions tab and tell us what you're looking for. A short sweaty workout or perhaps an hour-long calming meditation session?
